September 7 Drypoint etching one day workshop

9am - 3pm Wednesday September 7 in Lizzie's studio in the New England Contemporary Print Gallery at 153 Beardy Street in the Armidale mall.. 
Suitable for beginners or continuing printmakers, a one day workshop  exploring dry point etching. Make your marks directly onto a perspex or metal plate, add ink and print! We'll experiment with different tools to make a variety of textures and lines, and you'll  print on the etching press. We'll be using beautiful art papers and luscious French inks. For continuing printmakers we'll add in a second colour plate and/or chine collé techniques using a variety of papers.
$180  fee includes all materials.
Times perfect for school drop-off and pick up!
Adults only except by arrangement.
